Ashley grew up in Northern California. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management from Brigham Young University, she attended the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where she was a Sandra Day O’Connor Honors Fellow and a Leo & Annette Beus Top Scholar. During her time in law school Ashley was an Associate Editor on the flagship Arizona State Law Journal and was actively involved in various other clubs. Ashley spent her third year of law school in Washington, D.C. as an International Law Fellow, taking classes focused on international and federal law. While there she was a legal intern for the U.S. Department of State. After graduating, Ashley spent a year as a judicial law clerk for Judge Michael Brown on the Arizona Court of Appeals where she researched and drafted memorandum decisions and opinions on a variety of civil cases.
Ashley is actively licensed to practice law in all Idaho state and federal courts, as well as in the District of Columbia.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family traveling, playing games, and enjoying the outdoors.
